CAMELOT MAGAZINE ISSUE ONE (SPRING / SUMMER 2017)

ROLE:

Director of Design, Contributor

CONTEXT

Camelot Magazine is a project I started with Larry Sims in 2017. The goal was to create a cohesive community of creative content-creators through extensive collections of art. This is an example of work where I took an expressive approach to a project rather than a technical/commercial approach. Since this is a collaborative art project, I wanted to keep the overall style of the magazine minimalistic, but artistic at the same time.

Typography, layouts, front/back cover design, table of contents, masthead, contributors page, and "Ivy" photo and design contribution by me. Layout and typography (but not content) from other contributor's pieces were also designed by me.

The theme of ISSUE ONE is individualism. Typography, layouts, front/back cover design, table of contents, masthead, contributors page, and "Ivy" photo and design contribution by myself. Layout and typography (but not content) from other contributor's pieces were also designed by me.
